Evan the Great and JVD discuss a battle between the combatants for the tournament by giving a tale of the tape for both before randomly determining three battlegrounds for the battle. The seven possible battlegrounds are a jungle, a busy city street, a city alley way, the roof top of a large building, the sewer, a warehouse and a cargo ship. At the end they tally up the overall points on their score cards to declare a victor.

Judge Joseph Dredd was created by John Wagner, Pat Mills and Carlos Ezquerra. He first appeared in 2000 AD #2.

Ken Masters was created by Shoei Okano and Takashi Nishiyama. He made his first appearance in 1987’s Street Fighter video game.
