Bruce Wayne goes by many titles. The Dark Knight. The Caped Crusader. The Master Detective. But all know him as Batman. He was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. He first appeared in Detective Comics #27, Volume 1.

His name is James Howlett. Some call him Logan. Everyone knows him as Wolverine. He was created Len Wein, Roy Thomas and John Romita Sr. His first appearance was in Incredible Hulk #181, Volume 1.

Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, was created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby. His first appearance was in Captain America Comics #1 in 1941.

The Predator, aka Yautja or Hish, made its debut in the hit movies Predator from 1987. The alien’s first comic book appearance was in Dark Horse Comics Predator in 1989 also known as Predator: Concrete Jungle.

Sergei Nikolaevich Kravinoff, aka Kraven the Hunter, was created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. He first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man #15, Volume 1.

Guile made is debut in Street Fighter II as one of the original eight characters before updated versions of the game were released. He has been a main stay in the series ever sense.

T’Challa, aka Black Panther, was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. He first appeared in Fantastic Four #52, Volume 1.

Conan the Barbarian was created by Robert E. Howard. He first appeared in Weird Tales Magazine in 1932 but made his official first comic book appearance in Marvel’s Conan the Barbarian #1 from 1970.

Bullseye, aka Lester to some, was created by Marv Wolfman and John Romita Sr. He first appeared in Daredevil #131, Volume 1.

Hellboy was created by Mike Mignola. His first appearance is debated among three different titles. The first is Dime Press #4 (March 1993): first Hellboy prototype appearance, cover only. The second is from San Diego Comic Con Comics #2 (August 1993): first full Hellboy appearance, black & white only. And the third is in Next Men #21 (December 1993) from Dark Horse Comics: first appearance in a regularly published title, 1st color appearance

Oroku Saki, aka The Shredder, was created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. He first appeared in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1, Volume 1.

For the most part little is known of Bane’s real name. He was created by Chuck Dixon, Dough Moench, Graham Nolan and Dennis O’Neal. His first appearance was in Batman: Vengeance of Bane #1.

Carter Hall, aka Hawkman, was created by Dennis Neville and Gardner Fox. He first appeared in Flash Comics #1 while his other incarnations appeared in other various titles.
